Industries served

Four industries, one process.

The applications differ; the part geometry does not. Small diameters, high length-to-diameter ratios, cross holes and back-working — that is the work a sliding-headstock lathe exists to do, and it is all we do.

01

AI data-centre liquid cooling

Turned components for liquid-cooling assemblies, where sealing faces, concentricity and surface finish decide whether a loop leaks. Tight diameters held at Cpk ≥ 1.33 and verified on the CMM before release.

02

Quick-disconnect fluid connectors

Coupling bodies, stems and valve pins produced complete in one cycle — front turning, cross holes and back-working together — so the mating geometry stays concentric.

03

Automotive components

Volume turned parts routed to the machine class that matches the tolerance, with patrol inspection every two hours and first- and last-piece verification on every batch.

04

Hydraulics & pneumatics

Spools, seats and fitting bodies where groove width and land diameters are measured directly on blade and spline micrometers rather than derived from CMM point-picking.

What to send — it is less than you think

  1. 01

A STEP file3D geometry, so we can see the features that drive cycle time.

  2. 02

A dimensioned PDF with GD&TThe tolerances you actually need — not the tightest ones you could write.

  3. 03

Material, quantity and target dateAnnual volume or batch size is enough for a first number.

  4. 04
